Adult Collage & Zine Workshops
Pause the hustle, for a creative flow

Overview
Collé Connect offers a relaxed, social space for adults to explore creativity through collage and zine-making. This is a perfect introduction to bookmaking through simple one-page zines, giving you time to unwind, experiment, and connect with others through hands-on making. No experience needed.

Workshop Flow
Participants learn a different one-page zine format each month, alongside collage techniques to express personal stories and ideas. A monthly theme anchors creative exploration and encourages community. Sessions include cutting, layering, and composing with words, images, and colour to build confidence in visual storytelling.

Workshops are inclusive and accessible for all levels. The hands-on process supports relaxation, focus, and creative flow.

Collé Explorers

Primary Schools (Ages 5–11) 
Exploring My Inner World

Overview
Collé Explorers brings a vibrant, hands-on creative space into the school day. 

Children use collage and simple zine-making to explore identity, emotions, and community, discovering how to express and share ideas visually.

Workshop Flow
Children fold a one-sheet zine, then add images, colour, and words. Themes such as self-portraits, my community, or patterns in nature spark curiosity, collaboration, and creative confidence.

Workshops are inclusive and adaptable for all learners. For children with ADHD and dyslexia, the visual, tactile approach supports focus, communication, and pride in their work.

Collé Campus

University Students
Hands-on Zine Making
for Creative Wellbeing

Overview
Colle Campus offers a hands-on creative space for university students to explore personal expression, creativity, and wellbeing through collage and zine-making.

Facilitated by Sarah, whose own collage and bookmaking practice began as a student and transformed her approach to creativity and study, these sessions provide students with practical skills, reflective space, and a supportive environment to recharge and develop their creative voice.

Workshop Flow
Students are guided step by step to create their own one-page zines, exploring grounded themes such as self-expression, wellbeing, or community. Hands-on techniques encourage experimentation with images, colour, and text while reflecting on personal ideas and experiences.

Each participant leaves with a finished zine, practical skills to continue creative exploration independently, and enhanced confidence, focus, and creative wellbeing. Sessions are inclusive and adaptable.

Collé Collective

Youth Groups (Ages 13–25)

Overview
Collé Collective offers a hands-on creative space for teens and young adults to explore identity, emotions, and personal storytelling through collage and bookmaking.

Participants are guided to create different book formats in each session, learning to layer images, colour, and text while discovering how to express their own voice and ideas.

Workshop Flow
Each session introduces a new zine format, collaged around a single theme. Themes such as self-expression, emotions, or community inspire creativity, reflection, and peer connection.

Participants are supported to make creative choices, experiment visually, and reflect on their process. Workshops are inclusive and adaptable for all learners. For young people with ADHD and dyslexia, the tactile, visual approach supports focus, confidence, and pride in their work.

Collé Escapes

Adult Bookmaking Retreat Days

Overview
Collé Escapes offers a full-day immersive experience for adults to explore collage
and bookmaking.

For those ready to go beyond zines, each retreat introduces intricate handmade book formats such as lotus books, flag books, and more. Participants slow down, experiment with creative techniques, and develop new skills in a supportive, inclusive environment that celebrates all ways of thinking and learning.

Workshop Flow
Each retreat day focuses on a different handmade book format. You’ll be guided step by step through creating your own, developing content around a grounding theme that encourages exploration through colour, shape, image, and text.

You’ll leave with your finished handmade hardback book and a Collé handout to inspire future creations at home.

Kids Collage Parties (Ages 5–10)
Creative and memorable fun

Workshop Flow
Children are guided step by step to decorate their templates with colourful paper, textures, and images. Themes spark creativity and collaboration while giving each child space to personalise their creation. Workshops are inclusive and adaptable, supporting different abilities and learning styles so every child can enjoy and succeed. 

Each child leaves with a memorable piece of art and a set of special Collé Kids stickers to celebrate their unique creativity.

Overview
Collé Kids Parties offers a hands-on, creative birthday experience where children explore self-expression and imagination through collage. Using themed templates such as animals, outfits, or fantastical characters, each child creates their own unique artwork while enjoying a fun, social activity.
