We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before booking:

All workshop bookings are non-refundable, regardless of when the cancellation is made.

If you are unable to attend, we will do our best to offer your place to someone on the waiting list; however, this does not guarantee a refund or credit.

If you are unable to attend due to illness or unexpected circumstances, please email us as soon as possible at hello@colle.uk. We’re a small business, and your communication makes a big difference.
