COLLÉ CORPORATE WORKSHOPS
Supporting teams to think, connect, and create differently
A creative wellbeing workshop for teams who think differently.
This isn't a team-building day.
It's a practical step toward the neuroinclusion most UK employers still don't have.
As of 2026, only a third currently have a neurodiversity policy in place.
The Impact on Your Team
Makes cognitive diversity visible and valued, not just discussed
Builds genuine connection through making, not another icebreaker
Gives every team member a way to contribute that doesn't rely on speaking up first
Leaves your team with a shared artefact, a lasting reminder of what the day built
A practical, low-cost step toward neuroinclusion, no policy overhaul required
Shaped around where your team is heading, and built around your company's values, not a generic format
Leaves your team with a way to keep the practice going, so the impact doesn't end when the day does

Most workplaces reward one kind of mind, and one kind of speed. I'm dyslexic, and for years creativity felt like something I had to work around. My research changed that: the block was never creativity, just the way I'd been taught to access it. I built Collé Teams to give every kind of mind, quiet or quick, a way in.
